Where are you located?
Our office is located in São Paulo, Brazil and soon to have an office in the US, but we are a 100% remote company with professionals in several states of Brazil and we serve companies throughout the country and abroad.
What is a typical customer-Visie relationship like?
The core of our team consists of 1 project manager/tech lead, 1 web designer, 1 front-end programmer and 1 back-end programmer. This setting can be changed based on the size and specifics of your project.
We communicate daily via email, chat, telephone or video conference. Therefore, it is very important that our client appoint a professional from their team as Product Owner of the project, to carry out the collaboration with our team. This person must have knowledge about the project and to be available for daily 15-minute meetings and as well as one-hour at the end of each sprint.
Can you work with my existing Marketing team?
Absolutely. We have a lot of experience working in partnership with agencies and marketing teams!
Over the course of a project, we often help these teams with the design and UX part, clarifying what really works in practice, getting out of paper/drawing, as well as establishing a better structural foundation for SEO, creating smarter targeting and improving tracking – goals and events.
After launch, we can collaborate with your marketing team to produce new landing pages, website sections, etc.
Ultimately, we try to make ourselves as available as possible, leaving room for us to make significant progress on our clients’ projects.
Will you provide support after the website is ready?
For sure! We engage with customers in two different ways after launch:
1 – The support keeps your site up to date, backed up, secure and fast.
