Identifying pain points and applying UX Strategy
In a highly competitive retail environment, Aramis turned to Visie to help them with the challenge of increasing their brand’s perceived value and improving conversions on their e-commerce platform. The company was looking for an innovative solution to stand out in the digital market and build loyalty with new customers through online channels—starting with a full redesign of the online store.
The Visie team—made up of design and development specialists—worked closely with Aramis to carry out a detailed market analysis. This included reviewing competitor offerings in the digital environment and running brainstorming sessions with the brand to identify challenges in their previous e-commerce platform.
The project began with an extensive UX analysis, including interviews, field research, discovery processes, and market studies to identify competitive advantages and design solutions for the pain points found.
As a result, we identified usability issues in the online store that were negatively affecting customers—and, by extension, the brand. Critical issues impacted the shopping journey, product buttons and cards, and technical areas like filtering, search, and content management.
This deep dive allowed us to fully understand the target audience and the brand’s positioning. This stage was essential, as the insights gathered led to the creation of a new e-commerce design that reflected Aramis’ essence and provided a standout online shopping experience.
